This Privacy Policy explains how Yowox OÜ (“Yowox”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit yowox.com (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to this policy.

1. Who we are

Yowox is an AI agency publishing articles about AI agents and automation and offering related services. For any privacy question, contact us at [email protected].

2. Information we collect

Newsletter signup: your email address (and name, if provided) when you subscribe.
Contact form: the name, email address, and message you submit.
Usage data: pages viewed, referrer, approximate location, device/browser type, collected via analytics.
Cookies and similar technologies: see Section 7.
Server logs: IP address and request metadata, processed by our hosting provider for security and delivery.

We do not require account creation, and we do not process payments on the Site.

3. How we use your information

To send the newsletter and content you subscribed to.
To respond to your inquiries submitted through the contact form.
To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
To understand aggregate usage through analytics.
To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited data with service providers who process it only to perform their function: beehiiv (newsletter delivery), Web3Forms (contact-form delivery to our email), Google Analytics (website analytics, loaded only after consent), and Cloudflare (hosting, delivery and security). We may also disclose data where required by law or in connection with a business transfer.

We process personal data on these bases: consent (newsletter, analytics cookies), legitimate interests (site security, aggregate analytics, responding to inquiries), and legal obligation. You may withdraw consent at any time.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may request to access, correct, delete, port, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days (one month for EU/UK requests). EU/UK users may also lodge a complaint with their data protection authority.
